I am not darkskinned so i am not sure how helpful i could be, but i can give you some tips that usually work with everyone

•use a skin tint or a concealer, your skin is pretty clear so you don't need thick amounts of makeup
•use cat winged liner to lift your face, never tightline (do not use eyeliner on your waterline) just your top lid and bring it outwards towards your temple.
•use blush near your eye and on your temple and the top of your cheekbone.
•use brown lip liner and pink lipgloss and blend it into your natural lip.
•use a bronzer that matches your undertone where your cheekbone is and blend it up to your temples and down your cheekbone.
•use mascara near the eyelashes that are closer to your nose.
•add highlighter on the top of your cheekbone after all steps and underneath your eyebrow and ontop of the bridge of your nose
•after all steps, you must use a setting spray or a setting powder (use a sponge for setting powder)
STEPS THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY BUT YOU CAN DO IF YOU CHOOSE
•You can fill in your eyebrows with pomade or lightly with an eyeshadow that matches your eyecolor, ideally with a flat, small brush.
•you can use a beauty blender (sponge) wettened to blend better.
•for your face, i think red/light pink/white/reddish brown tinted eyeshadow colors suit your eye color.
•you can add nose contour, but you already have a small nose, so you dont really need it.
