Vro I have been in a cal deficit for like a month now of about 1600 cals. Ive been getting in 5k steps 5 days out of the week… I actually might consider some fat loss drugs. IT GETS TO A POINT.

first of all 5k steps is like 2 miles and ur probably not eating 1600 cals and how tall and how heavy are you?

5’7 and about 190. I estimating that ive built around 5-10 pounds of muscle the last year (newbie gains). You would think that I look like an OGRE given my bmi but I’m more skinny fat than anything…. And 5k is all i can do for now because I skate and it takes a toll on my knees so i might just give it up for the time being. As for the eating, it might be my habits as I had to eat like crazy the past year to put on that muscle.
