I need to lock back in

It’s been a month since i’ve been to the gym
I have no reason not to go
I don’t have any hobbies either
kill me
it becomes a habit to skip after not going for a while, i completely understand
u should start off going 1-2x a week then work ur way up. u cant go from 0 to 100
 
I used to binge a lot when i restricted too much
r u in a deficit?
i struggled w the same thing omg
slowly work ur way down calorically instead of being impatient if u have a binging past
its soooo easy to be impatient and impulsive when it comes to weight loss

ofcc i’ve had these slumps a lot
i think i will start being consistent again after i come back from my holiday next week

yesss i developed a habit of binge eating bc i had been trying to lose weight for so long to the point where it became unsustainable and it really took a toll on my discipline

this is why it’s important to not be in a deficit for too long
