I don't know how to talk to women I rarely leave the house anymore unless it's to go to the gym or skate I don't know what went wrong in my life for this to happen like I used to have a huge friend group I was out every day but now my mom's worried about me and I'm pretty sure she genuinely hates me

Looksmaxxing is obviously going to be my #1 answer. Second is just developing a personality. Create an ideal version of yourself, have it be super unrealistic to be honest, and then just progressively works towards being that person. Women will come along when you focus on you.
