I think I shrinked

I’m using the same machines rn and I feel like my legs reduced in size and the machines feel awkward even after I adjusted them I’m not sure if it’s cuz I’m weaker or I actually got shorter somehow
When was the last time you hit the gym? Probably the case

I used to be able to hit 36kg on each dumbell for incline bench press now I can only do 32kg. It’s demoralising

@AuggyDauggy @pompompurino @NewFuckingDay i think I pulled my it band cuz anytime I do leg press the outer side of my upper thigh hurts a lot and I stopped training glutes as soon as I felt it, and today is glutes day 🥹🥹 pls tell me what to do cuz it burns sometimes
take a little break or lower the weight😭😭 aw lola im sorry ur feeling that, it must b painful

Give it some time or lower the weight

Just avoid putting too much stress in that area to avoid any more bullshit
