Bedding attracts dust.

Bedding gets dirty, you wash them with toxins and they get dirty again.

They are filled with dyes, who knows what sort of mold or fungus could be unknowingly growing within the mattress, especially if it's old.

It's high time we start sleeping on mats again.

Food for thought.

floor better
Mat is better
HELL TO THE NO!! Yo asses will NOT catch me sleeping on a mat, and especially not a floor! What kinda 3rd world country are you livin in?? If your gross, your bed might be gross, but then again why would you care, and if your clean, your bed is also prolly clean, and even if not, is it really a probable cause to promote sleeping on a freaking gym mat??

It's common in Asian nations that aren't third world country + why do you assume it will be a gym mat?

Gym mat = plastic which is toxic and against my low toxin philosophy.

I was thinking bamboo + plain cloth

FYI, a bed isn't a luxury

I was being very sarcastic in my reply, and i'm well aware that it's not actually a gym mat. Gym mats are a good toxin imo... I mean they are reusable

i have thought about this recently
i want a bed to jump on and sometimes relax
but to sleep i want a firm mat/kurpacha
i love sleeping on these, you can layer them if you want
in uzbekistan we have kurpacha, there are varying thickness and imo its good. in the morning you fold it into a bundle and leave it in the corner of the room, very easy. has the right amount of softness and cushion while maintaining that mat firmness

Exactly what I was thinking, this kurpacha sounds interesting
