I was invited for an introduction meeting. Based on that, they’ll decide whether or not I’m a good fit for the school. Well, the other faculty member said that by law, they are required to receive a so-called Certificate of Conduct from anyone who wishes to work in Education, even if it’s for an internship. A Certificate of Conduct is handed out by the government and they will check to see if you’ve got a criminal background, and based on that they’ll give you one or not, depending on the criminal past you may have. When he said that, I said “I have a confession to make…” and got quiet for a second. They seemed somewhat concerned. Then I resumed, “I’m a good boy, so that won’t be a problem.” Aha. They laughed. :ayaya:
