I wanna ascend fr

Hey gang I wanna ascend cause I’m tired of my current look, I need to refresh it. Can somebody tell me what’s wrong with my face and how I could fix it, please be nice and realistic. Don’t mind my hair and sweater, I’m already planning on getting on a diet (165cm for 56kg) and I’m probably gonna be getting something for my brow assymetry and nose
Diet + Exercise is a good idea
Getting those acne spots (scars?) reduced.
Lips look good, nose as well unless the side profile is cooked, overall good skin quality

Try to grow brows & lashes with a serum and get your assymetry fixed by someone who can pluke/shape brows hair, but DON'T get it too thin

Hair needs volume

Firstly if you actually want to ascend and you actually want to improve your appearance and your life you should go to the nearest doctors office and get your actual hormone levels

Then if they are below optimal you should be doing the things you need to do to fix them.

Hormones are your body’s internal messengers, controlling everything from mood and metabolism to sleep and muscle growth. When they’re balanced, you feel energetic, clear-headed, and stable. But they’re easily thrown off by what you eat and how you live.

An unhealthy diet full of sugar, refined carbs, and processed fats causes blood sugar spikes that force your body to pump out excess insulin. Over time, that leads to insulin resistance, fatigue, and fat storage. At the same time, nutrient deficiencies and constant inflammation weaken your thyroid and sex hormone production, lowering testosterone and estrogen balance. Junk food and caffeine also keep cortisol—the stress hormone—chronically elevated, which breaks down muscle, worsens sleep, and raises anxiety. Altogether, poor diet and lifestyle habits create a hormonal environment that keeps you tired, irritable, and stuck in a cycle of cravings and stress.

A healthy diet and lifestyle do the opposite—they restore balance. Whole foods with quality protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats provide the raw materials for hormone production. Nutrient-dense meals rich in zinc, magnesium, and vitamins D and B support testosterone, thyroid, and cortisol regulation. When you pair that with regular exercise, proper sleep, and stress control, your body starts to recalibrate naturally. Blood sugar stabilizes, cortisol lowers, and your energy, focus, and mood all improve. A clean diet and consistent routine don’t just make you look better—they literally bring your hormones back into harmony.

As a person this should be your #1 priority
people can legitimately sense when you are malnourished and unhealthy
