Stop misquoting me.

I only said corn fed fatty red meat twice a month is acceptable. I did say Fish twice a week is okay. The ones who eat red meat in a healthy way eat like 800gm a month which is lean and slow cooked.

Chicken can be healthy but it should be free ranged and antibiotic free. Free range and antibiotic free is expensive. Corn fed chickens twice a month is okay.

Take advice from real doctors who are not influencers. I am not a doctor, I just said my observation.

Also bodybuilders and athletes take lots of supplements to enhance muscle growth
