Rage I want to gain weight so bad

Eat 200 calories more every couple days init

It’ll become routine in like 3 weeks
i often eat below my maintenance
 
okay thats better since we can gain easier, even tho some of us gotta eat two peter griffins a day to at least maintain that shi
dont try to eat 4k calories or sum, focus on 2.8-3k calories day, train mainly your legs and back(for weight gain) and shoulders to get rid of that skinny ahh frame, i reccomend u to train arms as well but on back days
 
dont gain 10kg wtf, 5 kg is absolutely enough
But ive gained weight before and i know i have good fat distribution
 
u want it to have extra jiggle physics dont u, i know what kinda girl u are
yes I want to be able to wear jeans but i feel my hips are too narrow
