I woke up half conscious with my heart beating 200bpm while i hallucinated myself screaming

So like, you weren't screaming? If you were hallucinating yourself screaming, how would you know it was a hallucination and you weren't like genuinely tweaking

I think is just my body hallucinating those sensations, i'm not sure what my "real" heartrate was but it felt like i was going to die.

I sometimes get sleep paralysis (rare) so i kinda think this is some half-state of that, i coudn't move much + those hallucinations. But def i was seeing my room and wasnt in some dream. Very odd

Yes, i was screaming with a very faint voice. But it was hallucinated by like 100db+ and the pitch was much higher than i could produce organically. Lasted like 30 sec.

And when i fully got my consciousness i just heard a very faint sound coming from me. It is just odd. If youve had sleep paralysis i think it is very similar

No i don't tske anything for this. It happens so rarely, thankfully. Yeah, i had a phase were i was very concerned about my heart (somatization disorder) but yeah, i got my heart checked then, and it is fine so i don't try to think abt to not get it back, lol.

Yeh, your heart rate is giga fast after those. I did check it and yeah, it was beating really fast but calmed down

might be stress induced i always wake up with tachycardia when im going through stressful periods or you just probably had a nightmare
