Experience I'd probably continue being resentful even if I found love

Say I find a girl, we get along well and a relationship blooms. For me, it'd be everything. Lifetime of loneliness finally over. But for her, I'd be one of many. The relationship wouldn't have the same significance to her as it would to me. And I think I'd come to resent that.

I'd also live in constant fear of losing her. You can't just brush off years of loneliness because you luck out once. This discontent and insecurity would always tint my outlook on romance.
