To start you only need a hook and a line and some bait
You can do other activities there too

How is it possible that there are not 3/4 people you can invite to somewhere bhai?
Call some classmates
Ppl are usually open to new ideas
Most of the enjoyment is the waiting and conversation to have with friends, and the competition of who’s catching the best

And save most of the money, this is not gonna cost you much
