Serious if someone is ugly do you think its okay for them to have kids?

In my elementary school we had kids like that
I would sometimes wonder if they were just like me on the inside, only trapped within their bodies. Freaking out that nobody can understand them and just think they're like an animal more than a human

I honestly disagree. I see chopped kids at my school and they seem to have a better life than me socially.
In my mind it's just how you see it. Being born with a clapped appearance just gives you more opportunity to lean into actually building a personality and being funny
