Back when i was unattractive probably like lltb on a good day, i spent so much time trying to figure out if i was pretty or not. Funnily enough this was what got me into the bp/lm community in the first place, but after looksmaxxing i began to experience the halo effect and it was then that i realized that if you’re attractive the world will let you know both through their actions and words. Random people will begin to compliment you for you’re looks when you go out, people will extend themselves to you doing favors and such, you will be able to have multiple people throwing themselves at you without you even doing anything. That’s why i think it’s pretty bs when models will say they’ve never considered themselves attractive, they 100% know and are trying to sound humble for interviews.

random question but are you sometimes still insecure about your looks?

i think you just have infinite smv not exactly because you are good looking which probably just doubled your smv if you are idk i never saw you

possibly i still feel uncomfortable labeling myself as good looking but i think i am…like people tell me i am so i suppose i am?

i think this gets overlooked a bit. Body dysmorphia exists. people can tell you you're pretty 24/7 and you still won't feel it, because your mind convinces you that you're not worthy of it. reducing it all to "if you're attractive you just know" feels very relative to me. the way people treat you on the outside changes, yes. but what's going on inside doesn't always.

yeah i agree actually have body dysmorphia myself i more so meant that you will most likely receive a lot of external validation and reminders of your looks.
