What did you even say. Idk how to convey emotion well but it's like eating a cake and you can taste the cake but there's a constant taste of something else that's not cake

Yea I feel like whatever trauma and cry for help I have is invisible to everyone and there's situations where I feel like I should be enjoying the moment but I just can't stop remembering stuff or thinking somethings coming
