This person believes that CRISPR technology can let him edit his own genes easily and without any problems.
He thinks he can make himself taller or more handsome, not realizing that editing his genes could have huge consequences, including serious health problems for himself and for his future descendants.

Discovering ways to change your hair texture, or even to become taller, is a process that would take centuries to complete without problems. Millions of genes control hair length, melanin, and even texture; if you try to change one aspect, you might damage others and cause problems.

if you dont know what is CRISPR, CRISPR is a smart genetic scissors that can cut or change a specific gene precisely. It’s used for treating diseases or genetic research, but tampering with human genes is very dangerous.

This person believes they have the ability to edit their genes using a technology called CRISPR, but he don’t realize that this technology is still new and not all genes can be modified.

Crispr has been around for years now, I believe they're getting closer cerwintly within this decade parents can choose what their babies look like what traits they gave etc. But yeah bit any time soon

It was discovered in the 1990s and work on it began in 2012.

The matter is complex because there are billions of genes responsible for melanin. Disabling just one might have an effect, but it carries more risks, especially since you would be altering all the genes of your ancestors.

This is considered internationally prohibited, which makes the matter a bit complicated in terms of practical application.
