if your wisdom teeth haven’t grown in yet does that mean you can keep growing taller

They're not really a factor. I could understand why you'd assume so, but they're separate entities of each other when it comes to development. You could ask your doctor, if you have one, directly if he thinks you're done growing. They're pretty good at spotting it and it's how I figured when I was finished growing. You could check the gap in your joints to roughly get an idea but I'm not sure how accurate it is without an x-ray. Look up 'How to tell if growth plates are closed' on your preferred search engine or see if there's a guide on .org.
