I'm 5'9.5 barefoot, but 6'0 when I'm wearing shoes and lifts. Do you think women would consider me tallish when I'm out in public in shoes?

I've always insecure about my height, due to American sloots openly say they only want guys 6'2 and above.

Women never see me without my shoes on since the only time they actually would see me without shoes is when they are in my bedroom. So even though I'm a lowly 5'9.5 barefoot, I'm 6'0 in shoes so my effective height is 6'0

Is height no longer a fallio at that point for me? Like when I'm in shoes, am I at a solid height where height won't impact my chances with 90% of sloots?

First off, brutal, let's just make an acknowledgement.

That's fair, but you gotta take them off at some point.

Nope, everyone else also wears shoes which at the least usually add 1 inch of height, so really your 2.5 inch lifts only add 1.5 inches above everyone else, and you appear to be 5'11.

Yes, but it isn't a halo.
