Haven't heard the term "Business Operator" in a while.

I'm not sure if .com would need anyone like that currently, assuming that's what you were talking about with Dean. All of the positions are voluntary as well.

@tuberculosisinmybal is right I believe, the site doesn't generate revenue.

To my understanding, these are the current "operations" the site does:
1. Social media management
2. Blog
3. SEO
4. Website development (For the homepage)
5. Addon Development (For the forums)

All of these positions wouldn't really fall under business operator and would probably go to a specialist instead.

Content moderation is the primary operation but it's voluntary.

Even if it did make money, I would've advocated for some of our senior moderators to get paid instead of someone new joining to get paid - if you were trying to do content moderation.
