basically, there's this girl that I really liked, and yk she wasn't maybe the prettiest (she had acne but she was still super pretty) and funniest, and I've known her a REALLY long time, like so long that she saw me when I was chopped and mega skinny at 9 to when I was a weirdo jester at around 11-12, depressive bipolar "accepting looks matter" stage last summer at 13, and she was such a big green flag and throwing mixed signals 24/7, flirting then one day getting mad, so I decided to take my risks and tell her I liked her

long story short, she said she would rather we being friends, and as one day about 3 - 4 days ago she told me "yk I still remember you as that chopped skinny attention seeking guy" and I realised I haven't seen her in a SUPER SUPER SUPER long time (1 year)

fellas, I've been softmaxxing for a year straight without this forum, do you guys think I should meet up with her so she can see me (cuz I've changed a lot since the last time I saw her) or should I just give up?
