You aren't norwooding, you're 16 and a woman.
You've probably have that hairline since birth and started to noticing it since you're focused on your looks.
Most likely the end of a telogen phase and the start of an anagen by the looks of the baby hair

So unless you have a immune disease, a vitamin D deficiency or else, it's nothing. Just avoid doing tight buns and dreads to avoid traction alopecia

fuck my fucking fucked up life
on everyone’s soul WE are all balding right now🤘

in all seriousness though, I’m really sorry it’s frustrating to go through that. my hair has thinned out a ton recently so I have done some research and there’s some decent “natural” methods that could work like combining a serum + hair oil + a derma roller so it penetrates the skin more.

I had great results with the Ordinary’s brow and lash serum, and I know they make a hair serum as well so I’ll be trying it and letting you know if it works. I’d be a bit hesitant about minoxidil but if you’re up for a lifetime commitment then don’t be afraid to try. Advice like “stop stressing” pisses me off and Tony mentioned your hair being in a telogen phase which is natural and goes away by itself. Avoid excess scalp pressure and good luck queen

Yo that guide is amazing I'm just starting it now. You said Vitamin D + Zinc right? Me btw View attachment 239483
Won't do much as the guide is for preventing, since it's like Norwood 5 on this pic it really won't do much as most of the hair follicles are "sleeping". Also forgot scalp massage and Nizoral.
