Im ready for my summer glow up

whats ur diet like?
first of all, i very often skip meals and thats the main issue
but on my “perfect” days:
Breakfast: keffir with cereal and jam
Lunch: Whatever slop my school is serving
Snack: 250g of liverpaste or a 200g chocolate bar
Dinner: Goy slop

try breakfast, keffir and eggs maybe toast.
Lunch, bro just pack ur OWN lunch
snack, chocolate bar is decent, eat dark chocolate tho
dinner, try incorporating, red meat, try using less seed oils, etc.
fruits for snacking is also goated icl

just completely impossible when im living at home
