i recomnend have ur omad be dinner it helps with not crashing out and binge at night
Did that, crashed and binge ate anyway... depends on how prone are you to dopamine addictions.
For people prone to that shit, exercising is the only option. Like it's easier for me to run 4 hours to burn the extra calories than to stay on a fucking diet.

yeah i guess it’s different for everyone

i lost 30ish pounds and worked out it was strictly diet
took a lot of discipline tho
