When drawing the needle out of you see blood in the syringe just stop throw the needle away and try again on the sides

The sides are best option pinning seems really hard but it's actually really ez like getting a flu shot

the vastus lateralis (outer thigh) would prolly be the easiest spot to self pin but there's a lot of fascia there so it might be more sore then pinning the cheeks or deltoid
(i dont do roids/i took an injection class)

If you can reach the side of your ass there’s nothing to be scared of it will be easy. U gotta twist your torso a bit but it’s so easy, as easy as pinching your glute
