If you need minor tweaks filler can be good if you aren’t a r****d and actually research the kind of filler you’re injecting in your face. It’s better if you want more angularity too.

implants will always be better but filler gives you more room to play around with, get it reduced or increased, its relatively cheap aswell etc.

Implants are better if you're smart & have money, and they're also healthier as it doesn't migrate like filler does
