Chess, studying in general, language and music learning all seem to have pretty decent effects on intelligence level
It improves working memory at least from what I've seen. I have no idea if it boosts reasoning skills or spatial intelligence though but I'd think it plus a 'brain training' regimen designed to boosting various parts of cognition should be viable. Just need something to upregulate nural growth.
Whats the three items you mentioned do chemically?
Caffiene could be theoretically replaced and upgraded by amphetamines if you can get it prescribed for adhd since they literally speed up the brain.
Right now im just taking glutathione for its cell repair effects so as a general health supplement.
