Introducing myself and my goals for 2025!

Hey Guys, My name is Faik and this is me and my goals

I am 14 years old with a weight of 80-85 kg (176-187 lbs). My height is around 160 cm (5 Feet 3 Inches).


My Bmi is 33.2. I'm really obese.


I want to be 180 Cm (5 Feet 3 Inches) and drop my weight to at least 70 (154 lbs) so I can have a healthy Bmi of 21.6 By June 2025.


I work out 2 times a week in a boxing gym and 1 workout is around 1 hour and 30 minutes. I rarely go jogging and hit the gym maybe once a week and a session is also around 1 hour and 30 minutes or less.


Right now, I am not on a diet, but I will gladly start dieting. My calorie consumption is over the normal 2500 Calories and probably somewhere around 3000 Calories.

For now i am not adding a picture of myself, later in my journy i might concider it

Any Advice would be much Appriciated, Thank you very much

Maybea you shouldn’t try to purposely lose weight by going in a calorie deficit since your in early puberty. just keep doing what your doing now and eat more healthy, Dosent matter if you gain ore lose weight your body will enter a growth spurt which will fill your frame out better
