Is Call of Duty BO6 worth it in 2025?

I stopped playing video games, but my gaming addiction is still strong and BO6 is on sale right now for around 44€/38.50 USD
Should I buy it or nah? (I have only played MW and Warzones, never played an original COD release. I am looking forward to the multiplayer mainly and the increased XP for the battlepass…)
