is david laid’s physique ideal or too much?

Too much. The guy is on steroids and has top 1% genetics lmao. Most girls will be turned off by these overly huge musclesm. He's too shredded aswell. Look at a swimmer's physique if u want to see the ideal. Something like this based off my poll. He's like 12% bodyfat, good proportions and doesn't look too dehydrated (too low bodyfat %). You'll be attracting mostly gym bros if u go for that physique.
