Is drinking 3l of water actually cope.

On looksmax.org they always say drink 3 liters of water to flush water weight and stuff... But they also say to use a dirty insulin syringe to "water pull"
So honestly it's hard to believe if they're serious, is it actually going to help you drinking that much water? I am relatively low body fat but I don't take diuretics.

no water is good for basically everything(skin, body, bloating, weight, muscle, hair growth, health)
