Is facial balancing a legitimate solution, or is it just a form of coping? I've been considering facial balancing for a while now. What are your opinions? Is it worth it, or is it simply a way to cope?

Facial balancing surgery? Facials thirds are very important. Nothing “cope” about it lol

My biggest concerns right now are my under-eye hollows and the appearance of my chin
I would not at all reccommend filler for your under eyes since the skin is so thin there. Better options are something like fibroblasting or fat grafts. Chin filler is a good option though, I’d recommend it

I was considering strategically placing fillers in areas like my cheeks or temples, because it can provide support and lift, which can reduce the appearance of under-eye hollows
