Is it impossible to delete threads?

Honestly I'm pretty desperate to get some real honest advice and feedback after some brutal life experiences recently , but I'm scared that I dont want my pictures living out there forever. If I post for a rating or advice and regret it one day will it be impossible to delete?

i'm thinking of adding the ability for everyone to delete their threads within 24 hours after creation
