Serious Is it manipulative to speak to ppl in the same way they speak?

cause I’ve been doing this not in the way most ppl do like ofc u speak with ur friends different to how u speak to ur boss but I have a tailored personality depending on who I’m speaking to

I saw a video where n*****s be saying this is common manipulation tactic from narcissist or sociopath or some shit tho for me it’s just automatic I never consciously do it to manipulate anyone I’d hope innit

not rlly i think if it was manipulative its more like purposely doing things they do to get them to think you have more in common than you actually do

I act similar to whoever I’m talking to tho it might be something I’ve developed to fit in due to autism
