Yeaa, esp when its sum really out of the ordinary it can be hard to keep up
it's been hard these past few weeks with this new gym routine and shit

serious answers only.
I changed my daily routine, to include basic higiene and part of my capilary treatment taking care of my hairand yeah is a struggle because you feel that you have to do everything by the book but they are days you can't get everything done.

So just focus on the parts that you have done, that's better than nothing. That prooves that you are improving.

And reading that is a gym routine, what has been dificullt?

Are you not improving with the same lifts?, Are you mostly tired? Are you experiencing pain?
It's also good to note that if something is exceedingly hard it's probably not for you.

Id say the only thing thats hard for me is sleep. My sodium intake is low asf but I still struggle to sleep which bothers me.

Regarding my lifts i dont think its that I recently went from 130lb to 185lb close grip lat pulldown in a week. Its just sleep and after the gym I feel so tired to the point I cant even do my hobbies haha

Well i imagine you are still in school, but go ahead with a psychiatrist he can help you with your sleep schedule

As well as start looking into ways to get a better sleep hygiene, washing your body and hair before sleeping, avoiding use of your phone thirty minutes before sleeping as the brightness mess with your perception of tiredness. Having a clear routine before sleeping as well is good, humans are a ritualistic animal.

To me and it was a very niche problem getting YTPremium was really a game changer as now i could play it on the background so i didn,t use the screen.

And in regards of your routine, maybe tone it down a little, don't go that intense, but that's cool thats around what a 25kg increase ? Thats pretty good!!!

Congrats on that.
