Yes it is, especially if you are newer to training legs, and if you are a women.

Even for enhanced and experienced people like the tren twins, it is still possible to get sore etc.

science wise the legs actually recover the fastest relativ to their size, for most people it is possible to train their legs 2 times a week and still recover (depending on volume ofc)

Though Maybe you should work on ur volume if it still happens after a few more months
