atleast this forum is pretty much dead most of times, only 3 hours of activity spread around the day unevenly,

If the most recent reply is from 3-5 minutes or more don't even bother to stay active for that period frfr

Combine this with gradually spending less time here so abstinence doen't hit as hard and youll be fine

If thw forums have some emotional value unrer their belt for you (maybe friends or wtvr) you'll just have to make the big move and just leave gradually yk
