is only training upper body optimal if i only want to fraud a wide frame?

Id say no, by only training only one part of your body you will eventually cap out. It works together as a unit. Think about those girls who only train glutes, if they dont train anything else they will eventually plateau. Also, you would need a stronger core to compensate.

focus on compound lifts, pullups, bench press, squats, these all build muscle quickly but if you want a wider frame hit back with high intensity 2 times a week. Back is the easiest muscle to grow and gives you the dorito shaped back you want for your frame👌
