Is reaching the DV of 4700 mg Potassium essential for debloating?

For debloating, Do we have to reach the DV of 4700mg of potassium WHILE maintaining the 4:1 potassium to sodium ratio, or can we just focus on the ratio entirely? disregarding the 4700mg DV
