Is self-hatred the only motivation

i’ve found i work harder when im in a good mood and i love myself

i see progress and that gives me motivation to push harder

diff for everyone ig
I can't see my achievements in life because of my self-hatred

Even when I make wonderful progress, I still want more and can't see the big difference I've made.

i see

but if you’re aware this is an issue, maybe you could like compare old pictures with new ones? to really see how far you’ve come

It's never enough tho. And that's the big problem. Social media is so shit everyone shows their best picture and their best moments. When people compare themselves to others, they don't value the things they have.

I'm 6'1, but I wish I was 6'3
But some dude can be 5'6 and he would kill to be tall like me.

But that's the harsh part of looksmaxxing, everyone compares to others, but a lot of people forget their own value as a person.
