If you have brown eyes the blue are just a layer under! I mostly used the self concept affirmations so maybe those work a little better than changing physical features (or so I’ll delude myself into believing)

Only ones that work are mindset and wl ones it cant change ur appearance alot but it did help me lose weight before

It basically subconsciously made my appetite smaller and the mindset ones change ur veiw a little
