I've been looking into it as I've seen very good results. But it also seems like there's a lot of discouragement and accusations that its just larp's and frauds.

I'm not a total pussy. I attempted a buccal fat removal a few years back but was a dumbass and cut in the wrong spot, Leading to me pulling no fat out at all. But haven't reattempted yet. Just curious if anyone's tried either of these and if they've seen any success without much harm done to the tear ducts or without much scarring.

I’ve done this but you have to be consistent yea it worked for me.
