but proper iodine nutrition (which almost nobody has) is the way when your thyroid doesnt function well especially at teenage years you will have late puberty because the thyroid releases gonadotropin reactor or sum like that, which kickstarts your puberty and hormone production also check what T3 and T4 mean for the thyroid i might as well make a thread about it because nobody has
thyroid function is very interesting tbh
I have done a lot of research bout ut if yall want i can drop a thread
is ketosis detrimental for thyroid function??
Isnt ketosis basically starving if it is then its self explaining and the bigger problem would be your insulin levels than anything else. Prolonged low insulin levels fuck up ur ifg1 and hgh levels i think
nah, I am talking abt carnivore diet, ur insulin will be stable and u won't starve urself
I googled whats a carnivore diet and it says virtually no carbs bro which is insta low insulin levels and also iodine deficiency still stays the same
can't u get iodine from seafoods?
also can't we produce carbs via gluconeogenesis?
Seafood is expensive n***a just drink water with ½ of a teaspoon of iodised salt thats what i do everynight
Idk i havent researched i just eat what i have
This is still true tbh
