2. You can def contour the nose bridge to make it appear higher, find some videos on that

Honestly as a fellow asian myself, I will say we do have shit noses. Its up to you if you want surgery just understand the risks beforehand and go to a good clinic.

the nose uplifter thing is a good looksmax. Your alar base is kinda wide too, maybe try hydrocortisone for that but make sure to only apply to the nose

The 4th picture on the bottom right is the contour to do tbh. In between eyes, tip of nose, add shadows to sides of bridge
