Most of the concentrations you find are absolutely cope. It became a meme around early 2024 when a specific brand started promoting influencers to push their product out. There were “ascensions” people posted but it was either edited or literally nothing changed lol

Volufiline is evidently like French Champagne; it can't be called Volufiline unless it's produced from the Serderma region in France. So, I'm guessing there's some legalities behind it to ensure its authenticity. If you are looking into getting some, at least make sure it’s a good kind and not the dropshipped TikTok shop resellers. The real kind can help restore fat pads.
