It’s starting to feel like I’m starving myself

eat apples, watermelons, chicken breast and mushrooms

I just need to eat good I’ve been averaging like 800 calories
195 → 135 lbs = 60 lb cut. Don't do some dumb 800 kcal starvation run.

Start:
1.5–1.7k kcal
100–130g protein
25–30g+ fiber
7–10k steps
2–3x lifting/week

Track food properly, including oils/sauces/drinks. Weigh yourself regularly and judge progress by the weekly average.

Run that until you actually stall for ~2–3 weeks. Then drop 100–150 kcal or increase activity.

195 → 175: 1.5–1.7k
175 → 155: reassess + adjust if needed
155 → 135: reassess again

Expect roughly 7–14 months for the full cut. Don't crash-diet just to make the scale move faster.

The Reta makes it hard to eat and so I have no energy to workout at all

The reason 800 kcal + reta is a bad idea is that you're turning the appetite-suppressing effect into an extreme starvation diet.
ofc twin the scale can drop very quickly, but that doesn't mean all of it is fat. Some of the early loss is mainly water and glycogen, and with an excessively large deficit you also increase the risk of losing lean mass along with fat.

that means you are basically making yourself weaker
