Starvemaxxers are faggots but I see why they put their well being on the line just to be better looking. When you’re debloated af with nice clothes and your hair is perfect that day it’s a feeling better than drugs tbh. I always wondered how models got around to staying so lean all the time but it’s so worth it when you look your best. It’s almost like the hunger just goes away.
 
Just watch your insulin levels it’s the main culprit for bloating cause it’s causes sodium and water retention. So just don’t eat a fuck ton of food cause that raises blood sugar and your body spikes insulin to combat that. Also stay hydrated from electrolyte rich sources don’t be a bot and just spam straight water

Its hard when u weigh like 140lbs. Its easy when you're 180-200lbs and u can eat 3000 calories while staying lean. The obv answer is to start lean bulking once u get lean.

Just get to 10-12% bf, then lean bulk. Building muscle is key for a faster metabolism
 
Meanwhile on a dirty bulk I am still shredded, leanmaxxed face, strong jawline and still beautiful these sub 5s starve themself and get no buns
