0640 rn, didn't get the full hours of sleep but it's better to try and build a rhythm ngl.
4 days been running on partial sleep ( consistantly waking at up 6-7 : D)but it is still so much better than getting 8h and waking up at 12 or 1.
Just the fact of spending like 5 h of doing anything and then checking the clock and it's not even 12. Such a great feeling
