What world do you live in that you think 135mg of test is gonna lengthen your clavs without even working out? You need movements that stress the clavicle region which will make them grow with the help of steroids. Roids by themselves won't do it

No but my bidelt and shoulders are already growing bro, my frame is going crazy rn especially frauding with baggy clothes + hoodies
Why not do lateral raises on roids that's how jon skywalker grew his frame
 
I have this chest cave thing mine is not as bad as the photo but it ruins my phisque imo my chest and ab insertions where the only genetic gifts besides my waist

Medically speaking, your ribs are not solded into your sternum until you're reaching 25-26yo

Have you done dips ? Can be the main cause of sternum pain

Only surgery can fix that and then later strengthtening the ribs/sternum by doing deficit push-ups for months to be bulletproof
