At this level i’m not going to allow myself to interact with time filler threads. There are plenty of people willing to do that on here.
I just would like to tell you how valuable it is to work on the right things. Experience isn’t a quantifiable commodity. Where value really is, is understanding and executing. If someone says they value experience that’s not really what they are valuing because everyone can understand and execute.
So what is the true value of an experienced person? It’s their ability to stay activated while facing complexity (write that down) but you can always outwork someone with experience who isn’t obsessed. Outthink, outnetwork, outsolution, outinfluence, outcharismatise, outpersist, outdream, outprioritize, outsell.
2nd value block
When someone is dragging their feet you can either resent them or lift them to a higher level. Someone who learned-helplessness themselves when they go into a victim mindset is totally fine. They are a gift from god. The opportunity is to look at the beam in your own eye. You are not justified to resent and complain. Are you seeing things through on the path that you chose?
